The Innovators’ Tea Party are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation which brings women in STEM and high school students together, to tackle gender stereotypes and inspire the next generation of STEM professionals.
We are seeking an experienced & enthusiastic volunteer to join our small committee of 5 as Partnerships Adviser. The person suited to this role would have at least 2 years experience in philanthropy, corporate social investment or fundraising experience (or similar).
About the role
The Partnerships Adviser will be responsible for:
- Creating a new sponsorship model for sustained and meaningful partnership with sponsors
- Building relationships with existing & new sponsor organisations – sharing the TITP story, reporting our successes, engaging sponsor employees as volunteers
- Being an active contributor to other aspects of TITP program design, planning & execution to ensure sponsorship commitments are met.
It is expected that volunteer time required per week will vary as per TITP calendar and individual’s personal availability. As a guide, 5-8 hours per week would be average throughout the year. As we will be kicking off our new sponsorship model effective in the 20/21 financial year, time commitments would be larger leading up to July such that the model can be designed and actioned.
To be eligible for this role, you must have the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
